Homely Coco-Caramel Oats
This warming bowl of oats combines the flavours of fondly remembered, childhood treats: coconut, dates and cinnamon. It’s dairy-free and refined sugar-free.

  1. Place all ingredients into a non-stick pan on medium-high heat. Once the mixture starts warming up, stir to combine.
  2. Allow the oats to cook for 4 minutes or so.
  3. Remove from heat and divide into bowls. Top with fresh blueberries, banana slices, date caramel, and a dash of cinnamon. Serve immediately.
