Ultra Toasty Homemade Maple Granola
Homemade granola is fresh, tasty and completely adaptable! Try our ultra toasty maple granola for a luxurious addition to your breakfast cycle.

Dry ingredients
Wet ingredients
  1. Preheat your oven to 120°C.
  2. Place all wet ingredients in a heated, nonstick pan. Stir until the coconut oil has melted and combined with the other ingredients. Remove from heat and set aside.
  3. Place the oats, nuts and seeds in a large mixing bowl.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients over the dry mixture. Stir until the dry mixture has been coated with the syrup.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly over a lined baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes. Flip the mixture, and add the coconut flakes and raisins.
  6. Return the mixture to the oven and bake for a further 20 minutes, or until desired texture is achieved (See notes for more).
Recipe Notes

If you prefer crunchy granola, you could do a total baking time of 60 minutes. Baking for longer than an hour may result in hard granola that’s too tough to chew, or may even burn the mixture.
